Because change is so hard?
Funny, we all slowly changing, if we remember how we were, dressed, we acted, etc. 10 years ago probably will give us grief, this confirms that we have changed slowly over time and appreciate those changes easily. So why make a radical change is so hard?
is proved that 95% of diets fail but instead of assuming that the problem is in people if that is not able to embrace change in eating habits that have to take the easy side and say that this diet and he later served a different test . The problem is the diet and not the person who most absurd conclusion.
not turn out the lights because we are not using if we know that it helps the planet and most importantly, in our pocket? Simply because we are not able to change the habits we have and the lights will remain on.
Because we prefer to drive cars, spend more money and stress in a traffic jam for an hour or more instead of taking public transportation, spend less money and time and go quietly listening to music and admiring the cityscape? Because we used to ride a car and do not want to change the logic so indicates that it is more correct alternative.
Because most people do not vote, but it happens all the time complaining about the rulers who have? Because they are apathetic and are not participatory and that will not change, like difference can my vote?
Some people have multiple credit cards and taking advances of a living to pay the other, making a bigger hole to plug the hole before. Why not just change the style of life and reduce costs to a level they can afford to borrow without that so illogical? Because changing the lifestyle is difficult.
And this negativity to change can reach extremes. 50% of people with a fatal but treatable still no treatment that could save. If you have to take 3 tablets daily are taken only 1 or 2 thinking that one day no further treatment will not make any difference and from the next day I started to do well, something that never happens. You can die by not taking medications and even that makes them react to change.
